About

We believe that future economic prosperity will be underpinned by growth and investment in scientific and emergent ‘knowledge economy’ industries.

Mission Street have established a market-leading and rapidly growing Science and Innovation platform.

The current portfolio comprises over 1.5 million sq ft of committed projects in key strategic locations within Oxford, Cambridge and Bristol. Our innovative schemes and campuses are being developed speculatively with the first phases being the next available lab space in the respective locations.

Mission Street was founded in 2017 as an independent investor, developer and operator of Science and Innovation real estate. The company has since established itself as an industry leader working in conjunction with a highly experienced Advisory Board who bring invaluable insight and expertise from the perspective of our customers.

Investors /

Since inception Mission Street have partnered with leading Institutions, Family Offices and International Operators.

We have been building out a platform funded via a joint venture with BGO, a leading global Investment Manager with $93bn of assets under management and majority owned by Sun Life.

Communities /

We are committed to making positive contributions in the communities in which we operate, many of which have the highest rates of income and social inequality in the country.

We seek to be open, engaging and transparent in our community engagement and also within our design philosophy. It is our belief that developments for Science and Innovation are most successful when a ‘win-win’ dynamic is achieved for occupiers and the local community.

Mission Street actively strives to create this dynamic via open innovation campuses, providing amenities, services, educational and employment opportunities for all.

Science /

We are inspired by ‘Science, not Science Parks’ – we seek to challenge the status quo of existing science parks by creating modern environments, which are both technically advanced, flexible and design led.

We do this via research, engagement with scientists, sector focused partnership organisations and advice from our Advisory Board who provide invaluable insight as to what’s important to our customer base.
