Mission Street’s multi-disciplinary team offers a range of extensive experience, expertise and market relationships; this combines the property knowledge and skills of an integrated asset manager/ developer with the robust analytical approach of an investment manager. 

Artem Korolev

Founder & CEO

Artem founded Mission Street in 2017 and leads the Mission Street team, with overall responsibility for the company’s investment activities and delivery of its rapidly growing portfolio.

Prior to Mission Street, Artem was Head of UK Acquisitions and a member of the founding team of GreenOak Real Estate (now BentallGreenOak), a major international real estate investment and asset management firm (at the time c. £10 Bn under management). He also previously worked for Morgan Stanley in their UK Real Estate team.

Artem’s track record spans development, asset management, real estate private equity and finance. This has included property acquisitions and corporate M&A, leading end-to-end delivery of complex development and asset management projects across the UK, and structuring debt and equity financing (both as the operating partner and capital partner).

Artem graduated with an MA (First Class Honours) in Land Economy at the University of Cambridge and sits on the Investment and Development Committee for the Institute of Cancer Research.

Archie Hubble 

Director - Commercial

Archie is responsible for the acquisition roll-out and leasing of Mission Street’s UK portfolio. He has 15 years’ experience in funding, development and leasing of commercial property. He joined Mission Street in January 2020, having built up extensive experience in the London property markets, most recently at CBRE where he was a Director in the mixed-use development team. 

During the course of his career, Archie has provided successful acquisition, sale, funding and feasibility advice on a broad range of high-profile projects including office, residential, student, hotel and co-living development schemes.

Colin Brown MRICS

Director - Development

Colin is responsible for the delivery of Mission Street’s development projects. He has an extensive track record with c.20-years experience delivering over 1 million sq ft of commercial development including laboratories, offices, retail warehousing and industrial/logistics across London and the South-East of England.

Since his first building for the University of Bedfordshire in 2007, Colin has built up a significant track record in development for Research and Innovation buildings. He joined Mission Street after 10 years at the Howard Group, a leading Cambridge property company, where he specialised in master-planning, design and delivery – this included leading the development of Unity Campus, Cambridge (a new 260k sf Research and Innovation campus)

Gabriel Rudert

Director – Asset Management

Gabriel joined Mission Street to lead the company’s asset management activities.

He has 21 years of real estate experience, most recently at Palm Capital where he was previously Head of Asset Management, focussing on Office and Logistic assets. At Palm, Gabriel oversaw multiple ground up developments and office refurbishments totalling in excess of 1.7 million sq ft. Prior to Palm, Gabriel was a Principal at BentallGreenOak for 8 years focussing on Asset Management in the UK and across Europe.

Gabriel has extensive experience across multiple asset classes and geographies, having lived and worked in the US, Italy, France and the UK. He speaks fluent French and Italian

Simona Malinova

Associate Director

Simona joins Mission Street as an Associate Director supporting all functions of the business. Simona has a variety of commercial real estate experience having joined from PATRIZIA, previously Rockspring PPIM. Within PATRIZIA, Simona has worked in various roles including fund management and transactions.

Simona assisted in managing two balanced UK pension funds with a total GAV of £900m. She has extensive experience in acquisitions and disposals having worked across multiple European geographies and across both traditional and alternative real estate sectors.

Anton Cole-Williams

Associate Director

Anton’s role is primarily focused on the delivery of Mission Street’s UK development pipeline. Anton has extensive experience working across commercial and mixed-use residential schemes across London and the South-East of England. 

Anton has 10 years development and construction experience which has included roles at Multiplex, Quintain and most recently at Avanton where he led on the delivery of large scale mixed-use development projects.
